2. Advertising and Promoting

Secondly, when we have found out what our target workers are, we can make advertisement through different media, like TV, magazines, bill boards, etc. Instead of simply waiting for the workers to come, we will also send out human resources to look for some of those appreciated maintenance workers. We will persuade them to join us to enlarge our team by promoting the stable income that can be received from us. We will be the intermediate between workers and customers. We believe that the revenue they have will be more than before.

Management of Project

One of the most contributing factors to the success of this proposal will be the management of the project. Our recruitment team members will follow the proposed solution step by step in order to enable us to hire workers to start using our comprehensive platform as soon as possible.

Andy Lo, the executive director of All-In-One Maintenance, will bear the overall responsibility for the project. He is familiar with the whole company from inside to outside. He has been in charge of different major maintenance projects before. Therefore, he will be the best person to look after this proposal.

Apart from him, there will be a group of staff under 4A Marketing Company Limited to take up the role to do the marketing research. The company is well-known in Hong Kong's marketing industry and has a history over 40 years. We believe the data collected by them will be accurate and helpful to our project. Other supporting resources will be provided by E&C Holdings Limited in order t o facilitate the project running smoothly.
