The Partners were come from a good Pharmaceutical Company handling Biological Products. They are equipped with the products in relation to vaccines and other biological goods. They all decided to build a distribution company where they cater Southern Mindanao Region. Mark Angelo Gregana, incorporator of PH Distributors and Roxanne Joy Votacion. financed of 2,500,000.00 as the starting Capital and act as an Operation Head and the HR/ Consultant of the said business.

Mark hired Attorney Rikki Reyes to prepare the incorporator papers specifically the SEC. He paid 20,000 for the professional fee of Atty Reyes and 5,000 for the SEC Fee. May 20, 2015, Mark applied for Business Permit with the cost of 2,000 and then settled his BIR Registration at 500.00. On the following day, he secured Business clearances for zoning, fire and Sanitary and health which he pays 6,000.00.

Chavy Tee- a Full time Pharmacist was hired to facilitate FDA licenses. 10,000.00 were paid for LTO application fee as Distribution.
