Competition is also present from local and regional pizzerias. Other form of competition would be any other restaurant or cuisine that offers pizza. Frozen pizzas that are available through convenience stores and supermarket as well.
Pizza Hut
First of all, Pizza Hut has a Premium positioning in customer’s mind because it was the first entrant to start pizza franchise in India. To ensure that Pizza Hut has a high turnover and at the same time present wide and far; Pizza Huts home delivery franchise should be present in more places so as the fast food chain. Another weakness of Pizza Hut is that the flavors and taste of their pizzas has been around for ages and some of the customers recent polls indicate that customers are unsatisfied with the same old pizza taste on the menu. Therefore, Pizza Hut needs to invent more and wider range of interesting taste of pizzas for the customers (Bhasin, n.d.).

Those people are keen to go for an outing in any festival and want low-priced and finest family restaurant. Dining in Domino’s would be most desirable.
On the other hand, there are a few weaknesses of Dominos. It is not just difficult to handle operations as the number of franchised outlets increased; it is also difficult to control its quality. As a result of this, some of the Dominos outlets got closed affecting the image of the braand. Next, because of the rise in health-conscious population, there’s decreasing sales in mature markets affecting the business as a whole. Furthermore, Dominos has low staff retention, it is highly a result of lack of development and proper training. In consequence, employees would change jobs quickly when they cannot alter to the frantic environment. Lastly, Dominos also have a lesser number of eateries compared to the other pizza restaurants as they focus more on delivery outlets than eating joints, this could be a problem especially in places like malls and other locations where clearly customers want a sitting place.
