Main Project Risks
A Coffee Shop project may face a lot of risks including employment and financial risks.
Market Risks
We believe as a new concept to the market, the market might not be able to digest the idea of Arabian Coffee with flavors as long as the competition in this field is getting tougher day after day. We see that every project is being competitive not only in products but in marketing plans as well and advertising as well. We believe in order to minimal these risks we should concentrate on brand awareness and focus on introducing the product in the healthiest way possible.
Financial risks
Café de Arabia is a new addition to Café de Paris which was operating since 2000, and is operated in the form of limited partnership. If the operation capital is not enough it will affect the liquidity of capital as a result, it may lead to a big impact on a daily operation or even bankruptcy.
