Then references from all other research paper written by professional like lawyers or CEOs should be reviewed and integrated, to offer insights on how abc can do better controlling the extra hours worked by certain employees. Together, information learned will be combined into ways to satisfy those needs mentioned above, and successfully help abc Corporation to control salary cost. Over the next six weeks, a revised and shortened memorandum will be completed before 29th October and annotated bibliography will be put forward before 23rd November. The final research paper incorporating recommended solutions will be released on 3rd December, and presentation for final paper will be on 7th December.

Conclusion

It is reasonable to expect that within the next six weeks, the proposal could be considered to finally reach two outcomes. First, the legal department can end up with a more considerate and comprehensive rule regulating employees’ working overtime. Second, there will be no opportunity for speculators to target at abc and hence assuring a tight budget on salary cost. I look forward to approval and support from the administrative team, which will be crucial for the success of this modifying act.
