Our service need to coverage entire country. That means any farmers whether he is near or distant location must get the information when in need of them. Time and place must not be a problem to get the services. And all the network coverage whether Grameen Phone, Robi, Banglalink, Tele-talk, Citycell users must get this service just dialing by the number 919.

Promotion:
Promotional activities are very important in this business cause the more the reach to the rural farmers the more the demand will increase. Informative advertisements in TV, Radio, Newspapers, and Internet must be done simultaneously.
- TV, Radio commercials
- Newspaper coverage
- Campaign in govt. primary schools.
- Campaign through NGO.
Budget
Break-even analysis need to be done before any development in this project. Let’s make the break even analysis as the part of budget process.
- Initial investment.
- Number of industry related to the agriculture. (variable)
- Number of farmers those who need direct support.(variable)
- Total cost of the project. (fixed cost)
- Outcome of the project.
- Revenue streaming.
- Branding the idea and website.(variable)
These are the facts that need to be considered as cost and benefit before analyzing the break-even point.

- Introducing new culture to the people of our country
- Invent application software to support selected situation and to cover the huge demand.
These ideas about innovation could also be done after running the E-farmer as a successful project.

There are some criteria which will help to evaluate the performance of our support service.
- Activity of the firms employee
- Interaction with farmers
- Farmers feedback
- Collect information about result
- Observing demand for the service
- Frequent question and answering session
- Availability of the service (Reaching final customers)
As a business firm we must focus on the customer of ours which is farmers. And they are mostly still illiterate and we have to have the capability to interact with them instantly. Give them priorities will help to build stronger perspective for our service in the mind of our customers (farmers)
