A good Storage System in the stores is a must have. For conducting day to day business, we need a good amount of product to meet the demand of our customer. As it’s the perishable goods, so we need effective storage system. Otherwise, product will be damaged or rotten which will incur huge loss.

Trained Manpower is mostly required components. To run any business you need to depend on your employee mostly. If staffs of a company are skilled enough than it helps to grab competitive edge in the market by different business activities. So, we need well trained staffs. For this reason, we need to hire experienced staffs for managerial role. Moreover, we have to arrange training for the entry level position to make them skilled.

Social Network: It’s an era of social media. It’s easy to communicate with a large number of people by social network, like Facebook, YouTube etc. we will promote our venture through Facebook official page. We will upload a video regarding our retail shop, like facilities, environment.

Public Relation (PR): Another success factor is maintaining good public relation. Public relations boost an organization's credibility, because it'll operate through numerous trusted intermediaries. Plus, these intermediaries communicate to a certain audience which looks to them to filter out all nonsense. We will actively seek regular media coverage through press release and direct contact with journalist.

Advertisements: If any company wants to introduce or launch a new product in the market, advertising will make a ground for the product. Advertising helps making people aware of the new product so that the consumers come and try the product. So we have decided to allocate a portion of the budget for advertisement. We will go for add in newspaper and Facebook sponsor add.

Management of Project:

People are our most valuable asset. The people we employ are also a major investment in our company. It is their goal to help us fully capitalize on this investment. Our staffs are highly experienced in the retail supermarket industry and familiar with its unique problems and opportunities.

The staff team will comprise:

The General Manager, whose role is to oversee and take responsibility for all aspects of the business including: financial management and reporting; quality control and training; appointment of staff; the supply chain; compliance with legal and other obligations. The General Manager will also be very visible in the shop, working directly with customers and will be the public face of the business.

The Assistant Manager, who deputizes for the General Manager in their absence and works otherwise in the shop, wherever needed, this person may have specific responsibility for the learning space and the activities taking place there. Moreover, he will also lead the whole marketing & promotion activities to boost up companies revenue into an upward trend.

Human Resource Manager, he/she will be liable for recruitment, setting up compensation, performance appraisal.

The Administration Assistant works for maintaining liaison on a day-to-day basis with suppliers, ensuring that invoicing and payments are correctly made and the accounts maintained. Daily business operation smoothly maintained is also another major important task of this person. Moreover, initially he will also taking care accounts department.

The General Staff are employed on an hourly basis and cover the other key functions including serving, stocking and cleaning.
