Basically, our product belongs to mobile phone and gaming accessories industry. As this kind of invention has not been created yet in our country, we tried our best to give a better quality of our product to our consumer. The main features of this product is to make consumer to feel that they are in the virtual world. There is another important features and that is when a consumer attach his/her smartphone with this product, it will turn their smartphone into a 'Virtual Reality' headset. In near future, we will be applying the next stage of our product beyond gaming.

For these product, we do not have any local competitor in our country. Because, we are the only one in our country who created this product to give consumer a new technological medium through which they can enjoy the effects of virtual reality. But we do have a international competitor. We will compete against China for our product. China is also producing the same product with cardboard but we are giving better look and better quality with sufficient support in which people will find it more good looking and more comfortable. So, we hope that we can get the attention of our consumer very easily as we planned.

3. Manufacturing Process

Cutting:- firstly we have to draw a sketch of card board in a paper. Then we will fix it into the main cardboard so that we can cut it nicely according to its shape. We will use mainly some machine like laser cutter for cutting the board so that it can save our time. We also cut lenses that have a 40m focal distance according to its shape so that customer can get best experience of watching any video.

Folding:- After cutting the cardboard we have to fold it according to its shape. We put serial no in every part of its joint so that after buying the product customers can easily set it by themselves.

Checking:- After making the product perfectly we check our product one by one by & try to find out if there is any defect or something like this by our labors. If there is any defect found in product that should be deleted from manufacturing process otherwise it should be ready for next step.

Packaging:- after done manufacturing process we package our product. in packaging we put our product with some Velcro, a rubber band, two small magnets and lenses in a nice packet. We also give a guideline paper into the packet so that after buying customers can make it easily by themselves.
