Although there are fast changing technologies in Cambodia for the last few years, our technology system is still limited. Not all workers in Phnom Penh are capable in using technology to make order so it can be a problematic for them to use it and they will eventually give up on using our service. Also, there is no guarantee that the internet connection are always fast and stable. If there is any problem with the internet connection, order will not be able to reach us at all. One more thing, creating an application for a phone can cost a lot especially for a small and new business like us. In short, it is risky to rely on technology and internet for business.
Cambodian has a culture of sharing and strong bond in the family. In simple term, each family usually cook foods and eat together. As we can see, there are many office workers who pack their home food to work because their family members, mothers or wives, always cook for them. It is a way that Cambodian people show the love and care toward each other. Also, some people think that the outside foods are not safe like the foods from home and with that, they can save more money as well. As a result, it can be difficult for us to go into market.
