2.10 Number of workers required

There are five workers are required in our business, they are one cashier, one chef, one assistant chef and two unskilled workers.

The equipments that needs electric to be function will be used for the business are four lights, two fans, one computer, one telephone, one air condition and one printer.

2.13 Supplies required

We will using the fresh coffee beans direct from our farm at Kapit to produce our business high quality and the cheapest coffee to all the citizen every day. We will make sure every day that our coffee beans is the fresh before we start to produce our coffee to all citizen. The freshness of our coffee beans will be determine by take one or two coffee beans in the mouth to chew,if the sound is very crips, then the coffee beans are not damp, and then with the nose deep smell, we can cleary smell the aroma of the coffee beans.

Beside that, we are also testing the purity of our coffee beans and it been done by observe the colour of each coffee beans, size and the shape of the coffee beans. The freshness and the purity of coffee beans will help to improve our H&C Coffee Shop business reputation and continue survival in this competive social.

The selection of good coffee beans is select fresh and delicious coffee beans

- To the roasted coffee beans every day, select the store will be well preserved coffee beans, coffee beans on the sun or dirty containers are unqualified, roasted coffee beans are susceptible to oxygen in the air and will cause it’s aroma disappear. The correct way to store coffee beans is in cool, choose one-way exhaust valve to save the coffee beans, so that the air cannot enter.

2.14 Operational budget
