Nankervis et all (2014) explain that the job description was just a small explanation of what to expect in the role for potential staffs for the position, But now a days it has evolved as well. It is required to be a detailed information of what the role is, what is expected, what experience is needed, remuneration package, skills required in detail, competencies. This is like a self-analysis for the job applicant of what would be expected and whether they are ready for the position.

Thus, in conclusion, Dynotopia Hotel is deprived of a dedicated person to improve the backbone of any organisation THE FUNCTIONAL STAFF and people and culture. By employing a Human Resource Manager and creating a new department to take care of the staff will surely impact all stakeholders and it will relive the Executive Manager off his pressure.
