The media, as I said, has a big influence on today’s society. If the content of one’s nation is inappropriate to our society based on our laws and ways of governing, and other people would catch this signal and started to watch it then it would possibly change the way that a person thinks, or views life. Everyone is suseptable to change, I mean aftger all it is human nature to want change. We have all heard the saying “the grass is always greener on the other side.” When this happens and the government is trying to govern in a specific manner and have their society set in there ways, then the need to block broadcasting others countries’ media is at a great priority. Keeping our ways of looking the best as an economy and making all the right decisions to run a nation, making the smartest decisions about how to take what the world throws at us. Another thing that lets you know that media has such a big influence is by looking at how different media groups portray canidates running in the presidential election. They may talk one of them down in a crude manner and have the people of the united states convinced that this person is holding an opinion that would be looked at as wrong in the eyes of everyone. We have all seen these media commercials. One side downs the other and so on and so forth. I just mentioned that to give everyone a better idea of how much power and influence the media has on todays society and mixing the media of other countries from one to another would be potentially detrimental to our economic system and the way it works.

It has a lot to do with more than just governing, it also has a way of fashion, people, popular beliefs, and also money. The media controls this outlook and they are also paid a lot of money just within our country to portray something, maybe and object or material item just to get exposure and make sales so that they profit more from there line of work. It is kinda crazy when you think about it and get down to what this world is hypothetically ran on, which is money and popularity. If other nations say for instance media was in fact crooked then they could stream media that is bias to there culture and way of life and also putting down other nations all together. That would be a very big issue for me if other countries media was terring ours down and making us look as though we are commiting illegal acts against other nations. There would be an uproar in our society and others to see this. They could potentially start a war over some false information.

What about other culture’s media knowing a little to much about another’s business somehow and streaming it through there media which gets to that nation and forces that specific nation to give up a belief or idea.
