Abstract: the article analyzes the essence and description of the process of implementation of statistical methods of quality control in the enterprise.
Keywords: production process, production technology, product defects, quality management, quality control, statistical methods of quality control, production efficiency.
In the conditions of mass production, the need to reduce the cost of control, as well as losses from marriage, there is a need for the introduction of statistical methods of quality control in the enterprise.
Statistical methods of product quality management are understood as sample methods based on the application of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
Statistical methods allow for a limited number of observations to make informed decisions in the management of product quality [2].
Timely detection of failures of the technological cycle due to the use of statistical methods of quality control can reduce the number of defective products, reduce the number of downtime, improve the quality of products.
At the same time not any production needs introduction of statistical methods of quality control. Thus, the mandatory conditions for their implementation are the mass production, strictly regulated technological process, the presence of control and measuring devices in the production, a clear knowledge of the parameters, the deviation from which requires intervention in the technological process and additional adjustments.
The implementation of statistical methods of control can be considered appropriate only if their implementation has reduced the loss of marriage. By the way, the use of statistical methods is intended not only to reduce the number of defective products at the exit from production, but also to identify reserves for improving the production line, the technological process and other factors affecting the production process. That is, introducing statistical methods, the company is primarily interested in the most efficient use of available resources.
Figure 1 shows the main directions of the use of statistical methods of control in the enterprise.

Implementation of statistical methods of control at the enterprise is a complex and time-consuming process.
The first step in the implementation of statistical methods of control should be the establishment of a special unit for quality control and the introduction of statistical methods of control.
At the second stage of implementation of statistical methods of quality control the object for their implementation is determined. As a rule, this object becomes a shop or a site at the stage of the production cycle of which the maximum value of failures of the technological cycle. That is, those areas that have the greatest impact on the appearance of defective products.
At the third stage of introduction of statistical methods of control work of group together with heads of shops, sites is made. It is at this stage that the main problems associated with ensuring the quality of products, minimizing defects are identified, the parameters that need to be controlled are identified.
In the next stage of implementation of statistical methods are built structurally-logic scheme of the types of defects and their causes, in order to more efficiently control product quality.
This scheme is used for the compilation of the target scientific and technical program quality (CNTP).
The provisions of this program must be organically inscribed in the technical documentation regulating the production process, job descriptions, etc.
In this case, the job descriptions must specify what functions should be implemented by a particular employee of the quality management in the enterprise, for example:
- to make control according to the plan of statistical control, to control parameters of technological process and deviations;
...
