- Discussion:
This paper has focused its discussion on nine issues regarding school administration due to lack of proper adaptation of MIS in their school and its impact on the education system of that school. The conclusion that can be drawn from all the discussions so far is that if independent empirical survey and data collection can be carried out, then we can graphically obtain the correlation between the educational growth rate of school and its administrative success in terms of MIS used. The relationship concluded from the practical observation, personal interviews and literature surveys yield a strongly positive correlation whose actual value can be obtained by only empirical research. An empirical research can correctly determine how close the correlation is to 1, which determines the perfect dependency. The future research on the same question in the rural school context can reveal some more interesting aspect of management as in rural areas proper management of allocated government budget in school plays an important role to attract poor students to come in the school. Thus, in simple word it can be said that school management in rural areas plays a vital role to increase the enrollment in school, thus increase literacy rate indirectly.
- Conclusion:
This paper describes the importance of a school administration and issues it faces due to lack of proper management in the information system (MIS).As an outcome of which the main purpose of the school,i.e.,education system gets hampered. So,with the knowledge and practice of Management Information Systems, almost all kind of avoidable, as well as unavoidable problems, can be identified and tackle easily by the means of leverage technology to develop
solutions and realize strategic opportunities if any. In this paper , nine avoidable issues have been proposed and discussed which can be efficiently tackled by the means of MIS resulting more effective and strategic way.
