warfare and as a violent crime. In modern times, terrorism is considered a major threat to society and therefore illegal under anti-terrorism laws in most jurisdictions. It is also considered a war crime under the laws of war when used to target non-combatants, such as civilians, neutral military personnel, or enemy prisoners of war. Terrorism in India, according to the Home Ministry, poses a significant threat to the people of India. Terrorism found in India includes ethno-nationalist terrorism, religious terrorism, left wing terrorism and narco terrorism.
Since the infamous WTC Terror attack, nearly all countries in the world imposed strict laws and enforced anti-terrorist cells. The whole world was made aware of the definition of terrorism. Terrorists are any/all individuals that wish to spread terror among the masses by any means they can – be it chemical, biological, nuclear, economic, political or by war. To be clear, acts of violence are different from acts of terrorism – though both involve violent means to cause terror and destruction. they are conceptually different. Acts of violence are caused by certain individuals who wish to went out their frustration and anger, whereas, terrorists’ main objective is to spread terror for their own benefit and to further their personal agenda.
Latest acts of terror include multiple bomb blasts in mosques in Pakistan in the months of February-March, terrorist attacks in Paris, Germany indicate the rising trends in terrorism. By my viewpoint, terror attacks are state-funded, and the backdoor behind many loopholes in the law are exploited by the cunning to fund their evil schemes. Terrorists are brainwashed by many terror organizations, and the world needs to take very strict actions against ISIS, IM, etc. Proper implementation of such actions need to be taken.
Final conclusion being that people need to be bought to their senses by showing the whole truth, spreading awareness, and breaking the narrow-minded thoughts that children are brought up with.
