The purpose & goal of TCA

The authority rations and advances Abu Dhabi emirate's legacy and culture and use them in the improvement of a world-class, maintainable goal of qualification which enhances the lives of guests and occupants alike. It deals with the emirate's tourism division and markets the goal globally. Its approaches, plans and projects identify with the conservation of legacy and culture. - Technology: Information Technology is playing an important role in all fields of communication, management and administration etc. For example, all TCA use the punch card system, where the management cannot trace if there is a case the card had been punched by somebody else but, now using finger print system for all the staffs have to scan their finger to record their attendance.

- Environmental Factors: TCA take a move to refurbish the location for the Head office to Cornice Street. The TCA live with new upgraded interior decorating and more comfortable area for the employees. The fresh environment builds up the staff mood.

- Economical Factors: Skills institution in the whole TCA is belong to government sector. So all the staffs have choice TCA because have no problem or difficulty to provide the duties on it. Have different skills institutions from own by the private and public sector employees. In these days TCA get promotions for employees still working in TCA more than five years.

- Social:Community or social factors have more or less a significant impact on the TCA in Abu Dhabi and it effect in the organization. For example, changing women role in structure, most of the women in TCA they become an Executive Directors more than man's and have big responsibility.
