Based from result in Table 1, the fatty acid sample consists of 24 peaks which indicate that 24 major chemical components which ranging for the retention time,tR from the beginning until the end of the process. As shown in appendix, the analysis time of about more than 20 minutes was achieved with excellent peaks and complete separation for the fatty acids methyl ester samples. All peaks eluted at 250ᵒC detector temperature according to the chromatogram. This provides a spectrum of peaks for the sample representing the analytes present in the sample eluting from the column at different times. Refer to the appendix, the spectrum show the peaks of the chemical components. Among the 24 main chemical components with different retention time reaching from retention time 9 70 24 minutes, the fatty acid samples also contain the five chemical components which are methyl laurate C12:0, methyl myristate C14:0, methyl palmitate C16:0, methyl stearate C18:0 and methyl lioleate C18:2. The peaks was shown as single standard peaks. The retention time,tR obtained in this experiment is quite close to standard mixture because our parameter give the standard reading for the same chemical component.

CONCLUSION

The fatty acid is the mixture of 24 main chemical components wich included the five chemicals components which are methyl laurate C12:0, methyl myristate C14:0, methyl palmitate C16:0, methyl stearate C18:0 and methyl lioleate C18:2 as shown in the spectrum individual pure compounds.
