I opened an account at My Fitness Pal, last week. Right from the beginning, this data gave me the visual and the realization that I was eating more that I had anticipated. I was under the impression that I should have eaten between 1500 to 2000 calories a day.

To my surprise, the analysis indicated that I was eating more than 3000 calories a day. My breakdown showed that I had eaten a high percentage of fat and protein. I had an intake of a lot of salt and some unnecessary sugar through snacks, sodas and deserts.
