How do I see myself developing into this type of leader?

I believe in teaching people to be more self-reliant in terms of decision making through good technical education. I see myself in this role in such a way that I would develop people to a level where they are able to replicate my skills so that I may move on to a new problem. I am convinced that by doing this general standards of service within my organization would go up as there would not be a reliance on a single person within a job role.

How do I measure my leadership style in relation to my communication skills?

I am a learning transformational leader. I work in the IT industry where innovations and new solutions come up every day. Thus, for my company and me to remain competitive, we have to maintain our position as a leader in e-payments throughout the region we have guarantee ourselves a steady throughput of solutions for our clients. As a country manager in a new country, I am tasked with getting the best out of my team.

Summary

Leadership is a necessary ingredient for change in the society. Among all leadership styles, transformational leaderships is the most important one for progressive societies. It is the one that creates and surpasses legacies. For me this would be the most important style and potentially most powerful in terms of the ripple effect it creates.
