In my 3rd year life (1st semeter) it was more challenging because of our subject Restaurant Management which requires us to have a practicum for 100 hours. As a student and also a practicumer it was kinda hard because every Saturday and Sunday we need to duty in order to complete our hours. It almost comes in the time that we almost forgot to make our school works because of weary and lack of time for other things. But even though its weary and hard to balance school-work life yet it inable me to apply my skills in hospitality and trained myself to overcome shyness and confidence. Base on my experience it was good at all, it was worth it because lastly I completed or achieve the 100 hours and it makes me improve that I can do everything if you will just believe in yourself. In my 2nd semester, we had again a Banquet event. So we are again the organizers of the event. As an oganizer we are the one who sell the tickets, cook, plan, decide, delegate, direct, coach, design and finance the event. But here comes the time that we encounter some problems in our event because some tickets are not still sold and the event will be happen on the next day. So we don’t have enough time to sell it but even though we encounter that problems we still solve or achieve it, the tickets was all sold, got success in the event and even gained profits during the event.

And finally, the long waits comes and last year of my achievement. The more and more challenging level of my life, my 4th year life. Where you can experience the nights no sleep just to study to increase your grades more and do the different requirements and assignments of each subject just to passed and to graduate especially the coming of final exam, there are many projects at the same time . My 4th year 1st semester is our OJT that requires 850 hours. We take our OJT in Crown Regency Hotel and Towers in Cebu City. As apart from my family is kinda emotional and hard because you can’t see them for many months. Yet I still able to manage it even though its kinda hard to adjust in the first place but sacrificing for how many months was paid off I completed my OJT and got a certificate of accomplishment. In my 2nd semester as a 4th year college, we are again an organizer one of the event in the school that held in FLCH which is all about “The role of CBIT students in building a just and humane society” during the CBIT week. We also an event planner, we are the one who handle the 1st year HRM students fine dining. It was kinda busy time for us because it was also the week of our pre-final yet we still able to achieve it and still able to make the night memorable one to them.
