Possible solutions of Approach Inside-Out Approach (By Stephen Covey) 1.Relationship Victims of cyberbullying can get to know a broad community of parents, and staff who are willing to help In return, victims can finally begin to communicate, because they have someone they can trust.
Possible solutions of Approach 2. Student-Centered Student-centered can certainly increase the way victims cope with real life problems. From this, they can learn to make proper decisions depending on the situation that they might be in.
Possible solutions of Approach 3. Restorative Practices Restorative practices is when victims can learn to ask effective question, make effective statements, and engage in useful conversations. This in return, can improve the way a victim communicates, reducing the amount of victims, and increasing the safety of an environment.
Possible solutions of Approach 4. Social Norms Change Social norm changes can help a victim understand proper behavior and rules to avoid the risks of cyberbullying. It will be up to each victim to cooperate with their parents, friends, and/or counselors in order to effectively communicate.

1.Establish a positive relationship with the student. ↓ 2.Actively listen as the student describes the cyberbullying problem. ↓ 3.Together with the student, develop a clear and realistic goal related to his or her experience of cyberbullying.

4.Ask the student to describe an ideal day without cyber bulling. ↓ 5.Identify resources that will help the student attain the ideal day. ↓ 6.Ask student to rate self today in relationship to his or her goal. ↓ 7.Construct small steps that advance the student toward the goal.

→ Tell a trusted adult about the bullying, and keep telling until you find someone who take action. → Don’t open or read messages form cyber bullies. → Use available tech tools.
