From this announcement we can see the life product cycle of Nespresso is at the growth stage. Both of the population of user and the increase number of boutiques are showing this brand getting great evaluation from the customers.

During discovery the new technology on their coffee machine, the Nespresso also improve their capsule( the container of ground coffee). They make great control with the farmers about the coffee quality, developing the various choice which can give the customers the greatest experience when they are using Nespresso. Except communicating with the farmers, Nespresso also built coffee labs to exam the combination of the roast strength, type of coffee beans used, and the amount of coffee per capsule. And even add some additional ingredient to improve the texture and aroma. Every single flavor costs several months experiments and test, and finally put into the factories’ flow line and sell in the retail store.

The improvement of product strategy is not only affect on their goods, but also on the service. Nowadays, Millions of people are using the Nespresso coffee machine and its unique capsule. However, the capsules are made by aluminum and these materials have some difficulties when you are trying to recycle them. Therefore, the Nespresso provide a recycling service which you can give back the capsules to the delivery guy when they are sending new capsule. You do not need to worry about these capsules would affect the environment

In conclusion, the Nespresso is doing their best to develop their products: making new design, having better quality and having better service to their customers. The business is growing faster than everybody expect because of their advanced product strategy and taking good care to their customer. The capsules coffee and auto coffee machine will be step in the maturity stage in the future and provide people better and easier life.
