Due to the relatively high cost of synthetic fibres and health hazards, it becomes necessary to explore natural fibre. Banana fibre is a good alternative to this. Banana fibre is Eco friendly, Chemical free and odour free. It is grease proof, water, fire and heat resistant also totally bio-degradable. This fibre is better than other organic fibre in terms of spin ability, tensile strength. It is blended with other fibre like cotton making it very suitable for making fabric. Banana fibre has an affinity to colors that makes it easier to weave attractive designs from it. The process maybe cumbersome but the six yard wonders fabricated from this fibre is very comfortable and in much demand. These saris are woven in natural fabrics like banana fibre. It is very comfortable to wear and relieves off the scorching heat as they have a cooling effect. It is really nice to wear, These saris are supplied to both national and international markets. We have benefited a lot from these natural fibre clothes. There is a huge demand for them in both national and international markets. Though popular for its fruit, the banana plant has long been a source of fibre for high quality textiles. Banana fibre was used in Philippines for making shirts and other dresses. In Japan, the cultivation of banana for clothing and household use dates back to at least the 13th century. The fibres, extracted from the banana stem, are odorless and can be dyed. They do not shrink and the color does not fade after a wash. The fabric’s stiffness, even in the absence of starch, could make it a favorite among politicians. the fabric could be 100% banana fibre, a mix of 60% cotton will give it maximum durability.

The company has planned about a long term makret. we will be starting our sales in the main market from where the supply to the whole india is done. We will be be providing a brand name to our product and will be trying to give high quality at lowest and reasonable price. As the product is stand in the market we will be try to reach our all india by our sales team . the sales team will be given a target . also they will be provided with the incetive for the achiement of the target fixed.

Company has planned his aim for a long period of time. What the industry must do. How industry will do that. And what and where these should be done .

The industry has planned to increase to consult a advertising onsultant for the analyse and capitalize on the costomer’s buying trend and the need of the market to capture the new and as much a possible the no. Of the consumers. During same period of time various short term goals program will be running simantaneously. We will be analysing our tough competitors in the market, their product, how they are conducting the market, how they are targeting our the consumer and our board will try to tackel and find alternates for those problem.

We have set our objective and aim of having a turnover of more than 100 crores in 1st year of the establishment and increasing these trunover to 250 crores by targeting more new area, branding to our logo, and increasing more pressure on the sales team to increase the sales. And further this turnover has to be reached to 500 crores in 3 years of the establishment. The industry has also planned for the export of the banana cloths to the countries .............. . these country gave more emphasis on the natural fibers and have a large demand of the fibers cloths.

We will be also be trying to recieve the postive feedback from atleast 95% consumers regarding our product and the quality and confort provided by our product. we will also be providing the incentives to our sales team and the sales channel and also will be providing discount on the products.

The employee will be praised for his long term goal achievement and will be awarded. We will also be helping and forming the NGOs for the rural help and up gradation of the life style of the people.

The industry will overall aim at the rising future of the industry and costumer. And also fulfilling the demand of the consumer by identifying the changing trend of fashion and making them available to the product at the low cost. We aim for good life , good style, good future.

Objectives

India is atraditional textile producing country with textiles in general and cotton in particular. Being major industries for the country. India is among the world’s top producer of yarns and fabric and the export quality of its product is ever increasing [2].

Our objective for the next 5 year are lil bit hard and tough. These are –

- To serve more no. of people and taking our product in the rich of 10 million people in 1st 3 years.

- To increase our production of 1500 kg of the fiber per day and processing it for its marketing.

- To make contract with farmer and increase our capability for the higher amount of processing.

- to replace the synthetics and other cloths by our product in the market.

- to establish new industries in the various part of the country and increasing our capacity.
