The following journal has been conducted to view the different perspective of quality and the ever-changing demands in numerous firms. Thus numerous QM processes have been applied in various types of industries and firms. The journal encompasses TQM, Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma in order to aid in the understanding of applying quality values in the different types of firms. Using the various tools of quality organizational productivity and competencies have risen to new ground, while the practices might be broad in nature, they prove to aid the firms both efficiency and effectiveness. The application of the processes varies from one industry/firm to another depending on the type and size. The Journal is targeting firms various industries, NGO’s, governmental sectors with a broad audience composing of practitioners and academies. Holding a Two* rating per ABS, The empirical section is based on a survey conducted upon 249 respondents with measuring gauges designed to measure Six Sigma and organizational innovation. The emphasized discoveries can be identified as various firms providing aided guidelines for the submission of the previously mentioned methods in uncharted segments. Nevertheless, a brief summary of the crucial outcomes and expansion for each of these requests in various types of firms is also offered the consequence of diverse quality measures on people and the deliberation of environmental notions are projected to be an area of upcoming research to progress the application success of the quality measures in the prevailing areas.

The journals are not comprised of a long history, but as quality is a continuous process so is learning and achieving innovative tools that will allow for the progressive TQM methods to be implemented in the everchanging markets and strategies. Keeping in mind of the challenging aspects of TQM and its implementation, for it highly relies on executives and higher managerial representatives, failing to successfully apply the tools and techniques administered in TQM efficiently the methods would prove to be of high costs and a setback to the firm. The process flows would be elongated to achieve the quality needed by firms and clients, but reaching a point of no return and having wasted time, resources and administrative costs only to be inefficient and ineffective in the application.
