Keeping pace with fast-changing digital or technology landscape has always been a challenge for marketers. Social media has created an opportunity for marketers and businesses to have a directly connection with customers. While nowadays, there are too much information shows for customers on internet, on a daily basis, 250 billion pictures are put up on Facebook and 100 hours of video content is uploaded onto YouTube, marketer have to stand out among the 2.3 billion active social media users. Therefore, marketers have to identify right technologies for their needs and depending on their target customers. The reason that this become a big concern to marketers is that feedback on technology is always scattered. So, besides getting feedback on technology, marketers must also collect feedback from colleagues and friends which technology fits their business only. This only aimed to find that feedback is spread crosswise over emails, social media, and so on from individuals of varies reputability.

Successful and effective marketing can lead to be a primary reason that customers choose to purchase for the product or service. In general, marketing is a way in which the company determines its best opportunities in market place, given its goals and resources. One of the common form of marketing is advertising, which use to introduce products for public. Even there are several challenges faced by marketer, but there will be solutions to solve the problem as well. As an important tool, marketing can help company to face competition, increase sales, promote product to public, and thus ensure the business can be continue process and succeed.
