Each employee wants:

- Recognition as an individual

- Meaningful tasks

- An opportunity to do something worthwhile

- Job security himself and his family

- Good wages

- Adequate benefits

- Opportunity to advance

- Satisfactory working conditions

Culture are not able to create an environment, but they also adapt to diverse and changing circumstances. As organization begin to experience a revolution structures, the implication for change will be become more important. Mangers need to understand the role of culture and how it may be altered. When the role of culture is more clearly defined, manger can better understand its importance in managing organizational change and its impact on day-to-day decision making.

Organizational behavior expand personal development

Organisational behaviour can be termed as the behaviour of persons in an organisation. It is an important aspect to understand others behavior in an organisation. The understanding of other behavior helps in influencing them. Human behavior is directed by external and internal forces. The appropriate analysis of these forces proves useful in understanding the behaviour of other persons in the organisation. The understanding behaviour has proved useful for the managers. It helps them in directing human energy in accomplishing the set goals of the organisation. The concept and study of organisational behaviour delivers guidelines for influencing the behaviour of persons in the organisation. (indiastudy, 2009).

Organizational behavior refers to the behavior of people in the organization. This course provide me with the tools necessary for my success. In the future, it gives me new extensive orientation training in order to integrate a new organizational culture. More importantly, this program also provide leadership training and professional development. This model reflects the value underlying positive organizational behavior, where managers focus their attention on helping employees develop feelings of hope, optimism, self-confident, empathy, trustworthiness, esteem, courage and resiliency. (Slideshare, n.d).

I learnt a lot from this course which is for me looking for an opportunities for promotional opportunities or employees who want to achieve personal goals such as finishing university degree. Another benefit is that it helps me identify and confront issues in ethical ways.
