Environmental Factors:
P&G is now putting efforts on climate control by producing eco-friendly products from that it can consume low quantity of water.
That is the best opportunity in India at present.
Social Factors:
If they want to survive in the operating geographical area they have to change according to the changing tastes and preferences of the customers, India people are going to opt the ayurvedic and natural products, hygiene and health conscious products so P&G needs to innovate the products for the customer needs &wants
Technological Factors:
Digital India campaign is one of the best opportunity to the P&G, many of the customers are buying products through online markets it is better to work on online market partnerships.
