- We have to use our unique in this stage. We will use our cycles modern technologies like magnet chain, supporting wheels where we use eclectic button for land, two moving seats etc.

- Competitors are treats for each other. In Bangladesh, many cycle factories are present here so we have to need analyze them. If we do not it then we loses our business. We will analyze what type of product they already produce and what type of cycles we have to need produce which are wanted customers.

- Market segmentation is very impotent for run or publicity a business. So we will divide our target market in different segments and it will be regional, tensional and district basis and we will target all types of peoples.

- In future our factory will produce lot of cycles to capture the whole market all over the country and we have a wish to import our cycles internationally.

- Description of venture:

- ‘Cruiser Hero’ is the name of our cycle in the beginning year we will produce 1000 cycles and after it we will increase our production level. We will produce different sizes of products for all types of customers.

- We will give our customers a warranty card and its maturity date will be first two year after buying cycle. In this time period, we will give repair service to our customers if they face any problem.

- In a certain time period, our business size will be medium it we can able to keep the whole market of our country then we will increase our business size to export our products internationally.

- We should need to determine necessary equipment for producing cycles and we will set up skillful labors that are able to doing their task accurately. Minimum higher secondary education background is application for ordinary labors and for higher personal it will be MBA, EEE, or equivalent.

- Manufacturing process is important for production plan. It will be placed at a suitable place because of operation, producing, distributing and transporting easily.

- For bring raw materials we will set an agency in abroad and home which will help ours to get raw materials easily.

- For production we will select necessary and equipment, and we will buy these machinery and equipment in home and abroad.

- Marketing plan:

- Price will be very the size of cycles and it will be 4,000 taka to 8,000 taka.

- We will set 100 distributors all over country for distribute our cycles.

- We will use billboard, television, radio etc for advertisement which promotes our products.

- In future we use ideas for producing our cycles which will be better than others, like triple seat, 3 or 4 magnet chains etc.

- We set up a head office in the Dhaka city and also will set 64 sub offices all over the country. From this office we will control the whole markets over the country.

We will need to measure or identify the risk of our business. We will identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities to run our business smoothly, otherwise we will abortive.

- Our products buying rate is not expensive, so every people want to buy our cycles.

- We will use high technological raw materials in our products than others.

- We assemble our cycles in home that’s why we can avoid extra cost.

- We are first time coming in the market which creates weaknesses to maintain our regular activities rightly.

- In the beginning time in our business we are not able to invest huge amount of money that will restrict our business.

- Many companies are present in the market and their products are available which will be created threats for ours.

- In future if existing company’s fall their products price than our products then it will be create threat.
