COMMENCEMENTS
The business is planned to commence on a acre plot located in Kanyama Compound near Mumbwa road. The area is prime for the business of our nature since it is at the center of the area and it will carter for the needs of individuals as well as nearby areas and residents that manage to move to the area.
There are not many secondary schools in the area and the only competition will come from a school in kanyama called Chinika high school. It has shown a lot of development as it started as a primary school offering grades from 1 to 7. Later it moved and created classes for upper basic and could provide upper basic education which is from grade1 to 9. Finally it was renovated to a high school. It could provide for grades 10 to 12 too. The area has a population of approximately 32, 650. The business already has a plot with already built structure which it will rent from family and the building is in a wall fence.

Toilets
Toilets are already available and conducive for pupils and also the members of staff.
Water
Water is readily available. A borehole is also available in the premises incase water goes.
Noise
Only one bar is present in the area and this the sekulu bar that is about 100 meters away from the premises. The noise is minimal and is not too loud.
Hygiene and sanitation
We will at all cost avoid any conditions that will cause harm to the pupils and members of staff. We shall make sure toilets are clean at all times, classes are swept on a daily basis, surrounding arrears and no litter around.
Personal and staff structure
The school business intends to invest in highly skilled teachers in their different respective subjects. Each teacher should have at least two subjects they should be qualified in. we shall engage on account and who will run the school accounts and monies of the business.
The permanent staff structure shall therefore compromise the following
Five trained educational teachers with minimum diploma qualifications. With this qualification, they have the skills to handle and deal with tasks in a classroom that come unprepared.
Management and organization
The shareholders as owners shall be in charge of control of the business, necessarily this entails that both shareholders will also be head teacher of school and intimately involved in management.
