In this article represent about contrast between group and team so its portray about many things relevant to the those two which mean define the comprehend of many kind degree of the team performance as well as how the top management can work to be better achievement in the company. Team performance is the main issue in the company because if the work is bad will lead to the damage the first instead. Developing team performance have 8 steps which proves by many outstanding group for example by having strong rules to give the team better behavior or good behavior and the skill appropriate with the goals too. Some part define about challenges in the company need to be faces by team and associated to the experienced people who develop this article. Part of this article proved that groups is not the same as team for some reason such as working group and team they have particular perspective like individual work for working group and collective work for team angle. Improve knowledge to be the leader or top management who handle teams job and some related to the hierarchical problems because of the disrespect of the worker. In this article shows that in fact that the groups wanting to be real teams usually seldom think because they more realize on performance results. Knowledge of real life example such as company that given by the article which is Hewlett-Packard and Motorola. The most important things in company facing now is teams which have very strong degree in the management or effect of the performance results in the company. So that from my perspective
