An extensive component in diversified teams is communication. Team members have different values, thoughts, customs and attitudes. Considering other member’s expectations and messages as well as expressing their own views is essential not only for the success of the team, but for its survival. Conjecture about decision making, leadership and communication are culturally described. Cultural inclination impact how people describe leaders and decode their actions in communication and direction. Problem solution plan is directly related to communication and main challenge in a multicultural team.
