Medicine Masters Inc. New Benefits Package Proposal

Shiver Construction Company, whose home office is here in Albuquerque, NM, as a proven leader in construction throughout the Southwest has been contracted to do the remodeling of our home offices. They carry a strong history and have experience in all aspects of construction for over 50 years. All their customers are repeat clients and we've heard nothing but great things about their work. We wanted the best for our staff, and we believe that Shiver Construction Company will be the perfect fit to bring forth tremendous success!

We are in the process of hiring a good personal trainer/ physical instructor for our future gym, but until we gain your approval, any interviewing we do isn’t a guaranteed job. Having stated that, we are sure that whoever we hire will be top quality just like everyone we have on staff already. We are just as confident that all of these changes will be a huge success and will produce a great profit for our company.

Budget:

Included in the appendix are copies of Medicine Masters Inc. financial statements: cash flow statement, balance sheet, and income statement. All figures in these statements represent millions of US denominations, and each statement has one or more charts to provide an easier and more visual representation of the information provided. We included them below in figures 1 & 2, to

give you a visual image of what we are talking about, now. You will notice that there are ample amounts of funding available, when you look at the figures included.

Authorization Request:

We are convinced, Professor Leach, that our competitively designed addition to the current benefits package at Medicine Masters Inc. will enhance our company. We can begin implementing them to all of our staff by May 30 if you sign the enclosed duplicate copy of this proposal and return it to us as soon as possible. The figures and dates in this proposal are only in effect until May 25. Please be aware of this date.
