Both recruitment and selection have strengths and weaknesses that affect the organization.
The strengths of the external recruitment is wide range of sources for employees on the larger scale. Therefore, it is easier to hire talented employee for working in the company. Besides that, it can bring in creative new ideas and new methods to improve working efficiency of employees. If employees work more efficient and it will make a big profit for the company. It can subside or temper the contradiction between the internal employees inside the company. It can save a lot of investment cost for training existing employees because some of the recruitment already have the skill to complete task given.
The weaknesses of the external recruitment is the new employees are hard to adapt to the new environment and the process of the organization. The new employees needed some time to adapt to the new schedule. The new employees didn’t have the knowledge of the organization and it is difficult to handle the task given by superior efficiently. It will effect internal employee’s motivation when working with the new recruitment in the organization.
The strengths of the internal recruitment is the internal employees know the entire process of the organization and they will accurately solve the task given by superior. The internal employees can easily adapting that job and that job is suitable for them. At the same time, it can inspire morale in the internal employees and encourage the internal employees can working in diligently. Then, it also can using the low cost to select the internal employees get into a new job in the organization of the company.
The weaknesses of the internal recruitment is the restriction of the sources. It also narrow the creative idea cause of lack of new employee to generate new idea for the organization. It also can case inner breeding and they will take over the organization once they feel like they paid less or being trigger.

Most of us just know Human Resource Management (HRM)’s function is hiring or firing employee. However Human Resource Management (HRM) also provide talent and skill appropriate to fulfil business objective in an organization.
Human Resource Management (HRM) provides talent employees by providing training. Training is the organizational activity which aims to improve an employee’s current performance. It can also increase the productivity of organization. Training also can let the employees improve knowledge and gain knowledge. Training Programs are designed to change employee attitude.
Selection and recruitment also is a important point to get talent employee. Recruitment is the process that to attract suitable candidate to apply for job vacancies. Selection is an important step, it is because this step want to choose a suitable candidate to fill an available job vacancy.
Human Resource Management can provide talent by development. Development is a process that designed to develop skills. Develop skill can improve an employee’s performance. It can let the organization became better and more successful.

Recruitment and selection of human resources management have advantages and weaknesses.
The advantage of recruitment is critical to organizational performance. It is important to list the skills required for your new employees to perform their duties. Then, when you provide specific criteria for work-related, you can get better results during the hiring process. So, employees can get the staff's request, the company can get qualified staff. Recruitment weakness is inefficient. One of the major drawbacks of the recruitment process is that some recruiters take the time to use search and recruitment tools that do not lead to better quality employees. Often, the best candidates have been working in other companies. Unfortunately, it is more difficult to access these employees.
The advantage of the selection process is to determine the adaptability of the organism by direct application. Then it also uses a wide range of employees to the company's standards. The selection process also provides opportunism for candidates to determine their work. The weakness of the selection process involves many candidates finding the job. Then, some creatures in the selection process avoid the full range of possible criteria for the candidate. Some organizations cannot meet or accept the candidate's criteria, which will affect the candidate's inability to obtain work from the company. The next step to choose is to be employed during the boom, overwork in the slimming time. This is because some companies hire employees at busy times, and employees are fit to work.
