Typically, a charismatic leader connects by remembering personal details, using direct eye contact, and giving complete focus to followers. A charismatic leader can also find the mood of an audience and modify his approach to suit the mood in the room.

The charismatic leader is usually a good salesperson. These leaders Attract followers with grandiose visions, stories and plans that build the follower feel as if he's collaborating in a very necessary task. charismatic leaders also possess the skill of serving to portability see his own potential and portability.

Creativity may be a characteristic of the many leaders, particularly the portability leader. These leaders take creative approaches to everything together with solving problems, finishing tasks, or beginning new comes. attractive leaders thrive on innovation and infrequently encourage followers to suppose outside of the box. - Role of Strategic Leadership in Leading and implement changes in organization:

Organizational change is very important aspect within the company changes can be taken place due to many reason and in many ways, such as change in accounting system change in Market demand and change in competitor’s market. Whereas change in organization may affect the business strategy of organization however it depends on how big is change in organization if it’s a small change it doesn’t affect the main strategy of organization.

Whereas a Strategic Leadership will help us to implement changes in Organization easily by systematic planning and integration of changes before changing something in Organization we need some feedback from the employee so it will need a leader to convince or lean the employee toward the changes.

Strategic Leadership involves use of strategy to manage workers in workplace whereas strategy refers to a long-term plan of action that can be made by company to achieve success the basic strategy of successful leader is to motivate workers in the organization to be productive in organization and make company successful whereas leaders are the most important assets of the company.

Effective organizational change requires both charismatic and visionary leaders as Charismatic leader is good at generating commitment in company and directing the employee towards the goal however visionary leaders are consistent to adopt new changes in organization.

- Evaluate the styles, attributes and behaviors that make a leader effective.

- Apply these to the person you identified in style, attribute, and behavior she demonstrates:

1. Autocratic leaders build choices without consulting their team members, even if their input would be useful. this may be applicable after you need to build choices quickly, once there's no need for team input, and once team agreement is not necessary for a productive outcome. However, this style may be discouraging, and it will cause high levels of absence and employees turnover.

2. Democratic leaders build the ultimate choices; however, they include team members within the decision-making method. They encourage creative thinking, and other people are usually highly engaged in projects and choices. Thus, team members tend to possess high job satisfaction and high productivity. this can be not always a good method to use, though, after you need to take a fast decision.

3. laissez-faire leaders offer their team members plenty of freedom in however they are doing their work, and the way they set their deadlines. they provide support with resources and recommendation if required, however otherwise they do not become involved. This autonomy will lead to high job satisfaction; however, it may be damaging if team members do not manage their time well, or if they do not have the data, skills, or self-motivation to try to their work effectively.
