Xero set up their mission through successful practice, and became as the global leader of small business accounting software and related products and services to the small and medium sized businesses. Taxation Policy is focused by software industry and impacts development of Xero. The government is giving some tax exceptions to survive better in the market. Anti-piracy policy will influence the business performance strongly. Illegal copy in New Zealand will be taken seriously. Xero became the number one leading accounting software provider in NZ. The shareholders of the company try to protect the private tenure very much. They wish that government should keep constant economic policy and encourages the business to extend quickly.

Xero has at least 50 jobs it’s hiring for in New Zealand, and a number of them are in the IT / technical space. The only issue is the lag between this investment and students’ completing their courses, but it is good news for the future.

The Government announced last year that it is eliminating R&D tax losses. So Xero is now expecting around $60m of cash back into businesses over four years. As New Zealand doesn’t spend enough on R&D, so this is some gentle encouragement for the private sector to spend more money on things like people and prototypes to continue driving our economic growth.

Its annual turnover increased to NZ $123.9 million and now it is leading accounting software company in New Zealand. Xero helps the small medium businesses by making their payroll and accounts easier.

Xero has more than 280,000 customers which provide advanced services to small businesses. Xero is growing rapidly in international markets and small businesses are getting benefitted with Xero applications. It has great energetic people, peaceful atmosphere and great work ethics. The organization is very successful in choosing the good and talented staff to fit in their team. Consumer protection includes fair trading act and consumer guarantees act. Commerce act prohibits the purchase of shares in a business. The environmental factors such as weather, costs, social implications, disposal of materials are convenient to their success. Xero is helping the environment safe by eliminating the traditional accounting books and by creating the new technologies to store their data and to easily access that data.
