After analyzing my results in above table, I come to about my strong points and my weak points. Moreover, I have identified learnings that are important for me to learn. From, Locus of control survey I have find out that I have internal locus of control. Hsiao (2016, p.1158) explains that persons who have an internal locus of control believe that achievement and disappointment depend on the investment of their effort, and they have ability to control their fortune. On the other hand, people who have an external locus of control believe on their luck and thinks that everything is determined by fate. Hence, I believe on my efforts. If I have done something very great, then I appreciate my efforts. Moreover, if I do something wrong, I blame my efforts rather than any other thing and try to put more hard work and efforts in my work to make it perfect. I am an optimistic person. I have got higher scores in self-efficacy survey. This is strong point in my personality. Furthermore, I get less score in work life balance survey. It is (work life balance) is very important implication for both personal wellbeing and occupational life ( Lyness and Judiesch, 2014). I need to increase some self-motivation to maintain balance in work and personal life. Furthermore, I have get less scores in emotional intelligence survey. I identify this as my weakness and it is very important for me to overcome this and try to get perfect emotional stability.

I have sent questionnaire through emails to my friends, manager, family members and coworkers. After getting their responses I have find out that I am a good leader, have good communication skills and good in team work. I consider these are as my strengths. Responses from family members show that they consider my personality traits more than occupational traits. They commented on my behavior and confidence level at home. It seems bias responses. Because, I am very confident at my home because I can talk with my family members very confidently. However, in office, when I must talk to any stranger or boss I feel less confident. My boss and my colleagues believe that in have not full confidence level, however, family members are agreeing that I am fully confident. Furthermore, majority of people believe that I have a good behavior and higher communication skills. I personally believe that I am good in my communication skills. I am fluent in English and can speak English with very few errors. Friends provide me casual feedback and not too helpful for me. Because, I believe that friends like me and do not want to give me bad scores. All my friends were agreed with all questions in my questionnaire. They comment as perfect leader. Hence, there feedback is not quite helpful for me. Colleagues are very straightforward and fair enough to provide me feedback on my personality traits. My colleagues and boss judge me critically and point out my strengths and weakness in good way.
In my questionnaire, I have put an open question for suggestions and comments. I have received answer from my boss and coworkers. They suggest me to improve my confidence level and self-motivation skills. They said I have good team work skills and can lead the team in effective way if I can have a strong confidence level. Moreover, my boss comments me that I take responsibility of my own work and put my full efforts and hard work to complete the task. I identify this skill in my current level of skills survey that I have an internal locus of control and I take responsibility of my work.
Reflection on Area of strength and improvement
Area of strength
From my current skill level surveys, I found my area of strength is internal locus of control and self-efficacy. These skills are very essential in personal and professional life. Self-efficacy and internal locus of control are related to each other. It reflects on personal belief about positive control over achievements. (Chen and Leung, 2016). I have learnt from my past experiences that I invest my full efforts while doing any job and assign work. For example, If I must do an assignment, I put my hard work and efforts
