The IS are of two kinds, one is Hedonic, that has a sole purpose of delight and pleasure, while the other is Utilitarian, that has been made to develop individual and organizational performance Van Der Heijden (2004). Business Enterprises prefer developing, applying, and assessing Utilitarian IS. (Stacie Petter, William DeLone & Ephraim McLean, 2008).

Even though numerous studies have tested and authorized IS success measurement instruments, but most have emphasized on a single dimension of success. According to D & M model (Extensively used IS model) six dimensions notify the success of IS; System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, & Net benefits. Different application of the D & M model greatly depends on type of Organization and the understanding of the information system being used. (Stacie Petter, William DeLone & Ephraim McLean, 2008).

It has been revealed in a research Sandra A. Slaughter, Linda Levine, Balasubramaniam Ramesh, Jan Pries-Heje and Richard Baskerville,(2006) that the firms in their research utilize diverse processes for Internet application development, and many firms tried to match their software process options to customer volume, product characteristics, and business unit strategies.

The use of marketing tools for marketing planning can be aided by IT support. IT support can also facilitate group planning and continuous planning. The unique style of support provides by the system will determine the achievement of the benefits. It is important that managers try to focus on the understanding and controlling of the system except the objective influenced by management science. This emphasizes optimal recommendations. An enhanced mutual understanding in a cross functional planning team is the role played by the system to stand committed to the resulting plan. (Hugh N. Wilson, Malcolm H.B McDonald, 2001).

Due to increasing use of internet business models pose challenges and opportunities which enabled the organization to seek e- business methodologies in order to obtain edge over competition. Internet is considered to be the key creator of superior or customer’s value. Services again are considered to be the primary sources of value, services mainly rely on information. Since there nothing available in services physically they rely on information Competition advantages depend upon. Conversion knowledge in customers relation strip, reduced line to market and lower cost. To survive in highly competitive market organizations must develop customer relationship and manage those sales force automation market research etc. (Robert R. Harmon, 2003).

Many different firms around the globe have being implementing the enterprise resources planning system since the 1990’s to achieve proper information system in their organizations and to work better in different ways for their business process. (Rajagopal, 2002).

Many companies that are using enterprise resource planning system easily gain competitive advantage from the proper implementation of the system and after that utilizes the resulting data. Many organizations that have installed the enterprise resource planning system have claimed to be faster within the marketplace then their competitors. (Latamore, 1999).

ERP (enterprise resources planning) system can be explained as a combined software package, that should be composed of set of different functional modules, which comprises of human resources, sale, finance, production etc., which could be installed according to the needs of different organization. (Nah & Lau, 2001; Botta-Genoulaz & Millet, 2006; Doom, et al., 2009).

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is an advantageous system that’s enable its users to take best from it. It mainly focuses on the activities that’s relates to manufacturing logistics, accounting, sales and marketing. It reduces costs, and improves management of business processes, but it makes many system fails as well. Al-Mashari and Zairi, (2000) spot the need by pertaining effective ERP five core competencies the alliance in workplace can be promoted. It contains two perspectives (ERP and Marketing) with common differences and likeness as well. In some cases implementation of ERP has taken as positive but few workers consider it indentation, but ERP implementation still not manage to trounce resistance over it. Thus in both contrast contradiction has not been so much influence in it.

In order to implementing ERP system the upper level management should take following step to avoid resistance from employees over ERP.

- Knowledge Formulation,

- Strategy Implementation,

- Status Evaluation.

Initial step to make a view of how consumers react to certain aspects is to evaluate the ones behavior towards specific work. Aladwani, (1998). Mostly consumers have been looked the face of product that describes the beneficial side of the product instead of making aware of its attributes. (Williams, 1982).

The factors that play a vital role in integrated of suppliers, partners and customers domestically and globally are economic globalization and internationalization of operation the objective of which is to achieve integrated supply chain. The desired level of integration is achieved by implementation of ERP and information of technologies, poor management has been observed to be the reason for failure of implementation process. Implementation of ERP in a large manufacturing organization has been examined in this paper and core have been identified which are considered to be hindering the implementation of Enterprise Information System. ERP application software SAP R/3 has also been briefly received ERP software package SAP R/3 has been selected by Rolls Royce plc. Methodology has been used in the in depth look in to the issue behind the processing ERP implementation. In addition to business, technical, cultural issues have also been focused in the Rolls Royce implementation. Implementation time and scales has been looked in to in order to assess the tangible and intangible benefits of the projects. (Yahaya Yousuf, A.Gunasekaran, Mark S. Abthrpe, 2004).

Every organization needs to be survived and succeed, for that they should deal with the effective and competitive strategies, because nowadays every organization is facing different challenges. These challenges have increased pressure on the organization to survive in this environment. Rao, (2000). The solution for these challenges is to implement different enterprises applications. This will enable organization to integrate and execute an elastic and dynamic environment.
