Jeff Bezos, who is the key leaders in Amazon Incorporated, is the CEO of Amazon.com. (Josh, 2009) According to Stella said: “Jeff Bezos is a task oriented transactional leader.” Transactional leader will achieve goals and outcomes effectively and they will also create business when they face global competition. (Stella, 2015) Transformational leadership can create innovation to company and produce outstanding results. (Qu, Janssen, Shi, 2015) Bezos’ transformational leadership style has resulted in Amazon, which lead Amazon Incorporated to growth rapidly over the last two decades. (Stella, 2015) Thus, because of his leadership style, Amazon becoming success story in terms of revenues, sales, and stock price.

9 Controlling

Company always use different control mechanism such as need assessment, budgets, business plan etc. Amazon Incorporated has four critical mechanisms. Firstly, Amazon Incorporated need a human resources department because it can control managers and prevents employee abuse. (Pat, n.d.) Secondly, Reviewing employee performance and assisting incentives are also essential to Amazon Incorporated because Amazon may control their workers properly. (Pat, n.d.) Moreover, financial budgets and accounting audits give a chance for Amazon to overcome financial risk. The last but not least, product pricing control is necessary to Amazon Incorporated. (Pat, n.d.) If their price higher than their competitor, consumers will choose other company which price lower than Amazon. Therefore, these four departments must combine which can create more benefits and profit to Amazon Incorporated. Because of decent service interaction, Amazon Incorporated catches a great number of consumers. (Sean, 2012) For example, when consumer leave message about their broken products, consumer service will call you after few minutes quickly or respond your email efficiently.
