Fulfilment: A fulfilment service is a third-party warehouse that prepares and ships your orders for you. Using a fulfilment service is a great option if you don't want to have to deal with shipping, or if you've grown beyond your existing warehousing capabilities to a point where you can't ship items manually anymore.

Efficient: E-commerce is one of the best things that came along with the internet, making it easy to purchase goods not only from local shops, but from a worldwide selection. This thing goes both ways, not only good for us, but also for the shop owners who increase their sales considerably through Internet. However, times change and just having an online shop isn’t enough. You need to take advantage of every aspect to outrun your competition and when I’m saying this I’m referring to design, usability and a well-written code. In this article, there are 30 e-commerce websites that combine in a charming way those three aspects of web design.

Attention: E-commerce website allows and grabs the attentions of its users and increase the traffic. According to dictionary definition; attention means notice taken of someone or something; the regarding of someone or something as interesting or important.

Responsiveness : responsive ecommerce services means that your website has been programmed to automatically resize and adjust to fit to the screen of the device used to open the page, whether it’s a computer, tablet, smartphone or portable device. The result is a consistent website that looks the same no matter what type of device the user is on. The responsiveness of website means the interaction of an ecommerce system and its users.

3.W-S-QUAL

(Ease of use, design, information accuracy)

Ease of use: is a broad category and for most e-commerce sites includes the following major sub-systems and the ease of use for any ecommerce system deals with how easy the shoppers can navigate the entire ecommerce system with just one click. A good ecommerce system provide the following information’s to its users On-site search, online shopping cart, Order tracking – Once I've ordered with you, can I track my order, cancel, change Returns processing – After the purchase how hard is it to return an item or get questions answered about the item, Product descriptions – Are the products available clearly described with all the relevant information you need to.

Design: A good ecommerce system provide a very good GUI ( Graphic user interface) which enable fast access to information and the design of the website must be appealing to user.

Information Accuracy: The main goal of our website is to support what we sell. We sell a lot of products, but some people will buy our products in store and then come to our site. The information’s that we provided on the website must be accurate and a good ecommerce system must ensure good quality control of product and services in other retain loyal customers.

These 3 things are helpful to ensure the quality of e-service.

-A model refers to measure that satisfaction of consumer needs and wants, test whether they have high or low satisfaction when they receive service.

2.2 Hypothesis

For example, this research investigates the relationship between e-service quality and satisfaction of customer.

H1: e-service quality has significantly influences consumer satisfaction?

The variable inside of e-service is (compensation, responsiveness, website, reliabity)

METHODOLOGY

3.1 Population and Sample Selection

- The population for this study is 2,687,253 Man and 2,999,393 Woman(Fromhttp://stat.bora.dopa.go.th/stat/statnew/statTDD/views/showProvinceData.php) people who stay in Bangkok and 7.9-8,000,000 were people who used e-commerce in Thailand (From https://www.brandbuffet.in.th/2017/02/thai-consumer-online-shopping-behavior-paypal/)

- A sample of 100 people who have used e-commerce and stay in Bangkok were selected through Non-Probability, Convenience Sampling

- The data was collected during 2017.

3.2 Research Instrument

- This is a quantitative research design and the questionnaire used in this study was developed based on the dependent variable (Satisfaction) and independent variables (E-service quality including its four components: compensation, responsiveness & fulfilment, website operation and reliability)

3.3 Sampling Procedure

- This study used Non-Probability Samples and area scope to collect data Donmueang and Ekamai of Bangkok, Thailand.

- Convenience Sampling was the method used to choose subjects for the survey and only those who had used e-commerce website for purchase in the past were eligible to fill up the questionnaire.

- Total 100 sampling

- The survey was conducted between the 11th and 13th of October 2017.
