When I am working with mental health and chronic mental illness, it is easy to label them, because chronic mental illness is one kind of ex-mentally. Most people are afraid the mentally ill cause we due to a lack of mental health knowledge, although I had received related education and training, but still can not be avoided affect by the personal values and attitude. At the same time, the patient will need help in understanding the implications of the diagnosis, the course the disease will take, and the treatment options available. The patient will need a lot of emotional support as well, but these services will affect by my attitude. Also the religious background problem, my religious beliefs may conflict with client than it will affect my commitment in working. In my opinion, I think living institutionalization depends on medication is the best for the client, but the client may want to live independently (Frankel, A.J. &Gelman, S.R. (2012). The ways to overcome the challenge are treating them as normal to respect them, it is important that to be polite when dealing with equality. Also, do not care too much for them to have the confidence to allow them to learn independently. For my own personal values I will initiative to understand the proper knowledge of mental illness, obviating unnecessary speculation for myself and try to visit the psychiatric rehabilitation agency avoidance of doubt. In addition, I will learn to respect individual religious freedom, try to avoid the behavior and verbal religious conflict (Frankel, A.J. &Gelman, S.R. (2012).
