REFLECTION

What is your understanding of why there are different religious groups in our society?

Each Religion have their own set of beliefs, traditions and cultural practices which have each have different perceptions on how they view the world. Because of their distinct differences they are grouped into specific religions who believe in same concept, sharing similar values. Furthermore, every Religion have someone who they look up to and respect and follow as their leader. No Religion is more important than another. They all serve a particular purpose in today’s society, no religion is the same.

What did I learn by completing this assignment? Give an example of something specific that you have learned?

By completing this assignment, I have learnt what the Christian understanding of salvation is which is Jesus saving our sins which lead to consequences.

Comment on ideas, thoughts and questions this raised for your own faith journey?

I haven’t really though about my faith journey. I have been so busy and stressed with school I haven’t had the chance to think about my own journey.

What other comments would I like to make?

This assignment challenged my research skills and it was interesting to learn about Karma and Salvation.
