Based on the table 1 shown, out of 7 students in Ditumabo National High School which observation being conducted, 7 of them or all of them were lucky to experience forgetfulness for sometimes. The table also presented the following causes of their forgetfulness:
- They have lot of things to do personally and in school.
- They are facing family problem that gives them heavy loaded mind.
- They were too busy for their own business.
- They are reviewing lessons for their examinations and other academic class activities.
- They experienced hectic schedules.
- They are suffering with stress and depression.
- They are thinking about their love life.

Based on the table 2 shown, students of Ditumabo National High School are experiencing four (4) major problems as effect or result of their being forgetful and this are the following:
- They were scolded.
- Their performances in school become lower.
- Their parents threat them as irresponsible child.
- People around them were angry.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCLUSION
The researcher concludes that forgetfulness affected persons more.
Forgetfulness for sometimes can be normal or can be a more serious memory problems.
The researcher also concludes that in every student there are different causes and effects of forgetfulness. Forgetfulness cannot be avoided but it can be lessen.
RECOMMENDATION
The researcher recommended the following in able to be less and to help to keep memory sharp most especially teenagers which experienced forgetfulness at many times:
- Make sure that the foods you take are healthy.
- Always be physically fit by regular exercising and as well as mentally fit.
- Make a list or schedule of the things and tasks you need to do.
- Be responsible as an individual.
- Play some brain twister games or any activity that can challenge your brain and memory ability.
- Avoid drinking too much alcohol.
- Avoid smoking.
- Sleep well in right time.
- Laugh at your problems and plan for it to solve.
- Have a time management.
