Chinese cooking style is totally different from western cooking. Not only every major branches have its own flavor and characteristics, even the same cuisine in the same branch, it will be depended on the chef’s personal characteristics. Even the same chef cooks the same cuisine, the garnishes in the cuisine and the matching of different kinds of seasoning will be changed due to the chef’s personal character or mood. Therefore, Chinese cooking not only emphasizes the flavor, but also special emphasis on randomness.

Eastern and American diet have an obvious difference in diet object, eating utensils and many other aspects there are, but also have strengths. Only make American food culture in exchange for common development, people will also enjoy more delicious, quick, nutritious and healthy food. Exchange of food culture is present in our daily life, and act as a global economic and cultural integration process, "transfer belt" between different cultures. It has become a growing cultural influence, quietly changing the world. Predictable and outlook, Western food culture will be with the exchange and integration of Chinese and American cultures, becoming more and more attractive. Although there’s existing a lot differences between them, there’s still something in common.

Because the climate and temperature or the soil is perfectly fitting in planting wheaten, that is the reason why people in the north of China grow wheaten on the loess plateau where is at the north of China to steam steamed bread.

On the other side of the earth, America. On the same latitude, the climate and temperature also fits in growing wheaten, so Americans that live in the north, plant wheaten too. The bread that they love to eat is also made of wheaten.

What else,both Chinese and American have a dinner with their family members in almost all the festival, so that is where the common ground. Because all the human is the creature that living on the earth now, our life is given by our earth mother, so even we are living in different place, we still have something identical.

The dietetic culture has a lot of difference in dietetic materials,dietetic history, dietetic style, cooking method. Even the above-mentioned differences are truly existing, but “different” never means “bad”. Only making the American and Chinese repast culture improve together in communication, that people will enjoy the more delicious, more convenient, healthier food. The communication of catering culture is becoming a strong influence force gradually. We can anticipate and look ahead, all we can see is they are changing the world quietly.
