agree such as doing FCAT 2.0 on the overhead, or completing FCAT practice packets, but because I knew, my teacher Ms.Brugger knew what she was doing and talking about, I had to learn to trust her and do whatever it was I was told but not because I had to but because I wanted to reach perfection. The FCAT 2.0 and FCAT practice packets that’s what I would do weekly preparation routine; however when it came to a week to a couple of days before I had to become use to powering off electronics and my technology earlier than usual, and eating a nutritious dinner and getting plenty of rest nights before, and getting a hearty breakfast before heading off to school. I had to make sacrifices such as not being able to watch television all night long, or staying up a night taking to friends , I had to sacrifice and sacrifice is just what I did.

Next, there were some things I didn’t quite agree with some that dampened my great sunny FCAT experience, such as testing by computer. I loathed testing by electronic, I would much rather prefer feeling the thin sheet of paper in between my fingers. I love the sharpness of my pencil not the clicking of a mouse. I just don’t agree with computers because there are just so many things that could go wrong such as one could shut down on you or your !mouse could stop working , but the most that could ever happen with a paper test is that your pencil could break or that your accidentally rip your paper but nothing as tragic as what could happen with a computer. Which brings me to my next topic of what could be done differently next year.

My suggestions on what I feel should be done next year are few. I definitely believe that computer test should be turned into paper test (with the old fashion pen and pencil) I also feel as though they [the people in charge] should some kind of way find a way to give the students more space for testing. Those are the two main things that I feel should be changed.

In conclusion I had a pretty enjoyable experience from the pros to the cons or objective to the preparation. I was happy with my performance but I’m even more happy that I can kiss FCAT goodbye.
