China World Trade Center Tower 3 is the modern building that I love most in Beijing. Those tall gorgeous buildings are located in Beijing Central Business District. With the brilliant office environment, the advanced equipments and the advantageous geographical position, China World Towers have been settled in by many companies which belong to the Fortune 500 companies. I’m going to tell them the the performance of the economy in China is just as same as other countries.
Third, why is Spring Festival?
In 2007, Sina conducted an online survey about “top ten things that you think can represent China”. Spring Festival was ranked second just below the Great Wall. For Chinese people, the Spring Festival is not just a festival, but also contains the culture of food, customs and traditions.
I know Chinese food is always an attractive element of China for foreign people. And dumplings, we call Jiaozi in Chinese, is a kind of food which is full of symbolic meanings. Different stuffings for dumplings have their different good meanings. This food has a history of 1,800 years or more and we eat it on every Chinese New Year’s Eve. In the meantime, we dress in red, we eat fish, we paste up Spring Festival couplets and we do many interesting things during Spring Festival.
Moreover, the Spring Festival Transport also tells them how important the Spring Festival is. That exodus is the world's largest human migration. Family, being with our families, are the crucial parts in Chinese people’s minds. Also, we are facing a serious problem, the enormous amount of population.
Basically, I choose three things from three different parts: political, economic and cultural. But as they are learning these three things, they learn much more which are behind them or connected to them. Guess my book about China will be nutritious for them.
