The new job of Ralph was to administrate a big concentration camp, in fact, the biggest extermination camp in all Europe: Auschwitz. Once in Oświęcim (place that is located 43 miles west from Cracovia where Auschwitz is placed), they moved into a “calm” and modest house located in a considerable distance from the camp, a distance where screams on shouts from jewish people could not be heard.
