it actually have an negative affect for the people, people are starting to use the money for purposes that are not essential and not required to fullfil their needs and people become wasteful. beside that negative effect, new innovation also create social inequality where there is an imbalance in the society. that social imbalance can be seen from salary, reward, oppurtunity, and punishment. for example, there is a luxurious residential land that previously was home to many slum, a company bought the land and displace all the slum. the new innovation also affects the social inequalities, where people create new technology with expensive price that also attractive make all people from different social levels want to buy it. those who can afford it will surely bought these technologies. but people who are unable to afford of course would be jealous of people who can afford to buy. it create envy people. severity, there are some people who will do anything negative to get the goods that they can not have.
In conclution, consumptive behavior create negative also positive effect to the society. consumptive behavior can help reduce the number of unemployed and can also help increase the income of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in a country. but consumptive behavior also create negative effect on the public welfare that would disturb the peace of the community that also causing a lot of problems inqualities in a country.
