While many may think it’s silly not to fit in to sociality, it is important to realize we don’t all have to fit in. Why do we all have to look like Kim Kardashian, Tom Cruise, or America’s next top model? We need to be unique, be the black zebra with white strips instead of white with black strips. Feel beautiful in order to be beautiful. There is no need to have surgery, buy expensive clothes or fake it till you make it. At the end of the day it’s ourselves we are lying to. Yes it’s important to be beautiful, but only If we choose to feel that way. In a world increasingly changing its principles and laws on the qualities and traits of beauty, we should recall the negative effect we might face if we choose to follow instead of lead. This would include temporal happiness, low self-esteem, depression, sadness and anxiety. Why do we conclude with the “beholder of the eyes” to let us determine our future, happiness and/or mate? No, this must be stopped! Our lives’ outcomes are not based on someone else’s hands or “eyes,” let us decide what we want to be and who we truly are. We are all are beautiful only when we believe it ourselves. Beauty is not a “passport” for happiness and everlasting success. Beauty is not in the eyes, but rather in heart.
