Golf Simulator

The golf simulator give opportunity to amateur golfers or somebody that they want to try to play golf. For amateur or semi-pro golfer, it give them chance to improve their quality of play based on software developed for golf simulator.

Driving range

The Golf Learning Centre features an amazing lighted synthetic driving range complete with target greens, as well as virtual hazards. Two enormous decks enclose 35 hitting bays. Our range also features two climate controlled computer equipped teaching bays for individual or group instruction. The introduction of real grass tees adds the utmost in realism. We also have a complete Pro Shop to equip the beginner and the pro alike.

- CONCLUSION

As a conclusion, we can conclude that all business activities, no matter whether negotiation, production or marketing, have to be carried out by people in a business. Meanings that, golf resort management is profitable as we provide a place for vacation, such as luxurious room selections, a long soft sandy beach, shopping mall, theme park , SPA, gymnasium, and high end restaurant to increase our ancillary benefits on business. This show that all business activities must follows the rules and regulation accordingly to deliver a good facilities and excellence services. Engineering maintenance is the discipline and profession of applying engineering concepts to maximize the use of equipment, procedures, and budget departments to get effective output.

From our project, we can conclude that golf sport and hospitality industry is one of the factors that can develop new competitive business which supports and promote the whole tourism industry in Malaysia. We also know how to diversify the function of golf resort based on designing and demand from travelers and guests. The implement of high technology nowadays also play a big role for us to enhance existing technology to apply a great concept and design to come out with luxurious golf resort. To design luxury resort with modern technology make some of these resources are expensive to implement, but it offer some of the best experiences for vacationer, which is better for overall revenue and also can increase the profit to resort management.

We also know how to conduct a management and services resorts giving a satisfaction to travelers and guests as it is the key to success.

- RECOMMENDATION

The following are recommendations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of resort design and planning. Resort design must according to the current customer’s demands in line with the latest technology. The concept of hotel design also depends on location and facilities provided in a golf resort.

Safety is vital in any kind of service business. The specification must meet the guidelines in hotel whether indoor or outdoor. A good security management can provide comfortable to travelers and guest to experience tranquility during their vacation. Other than that, it will inadvertently increase the country's economy because it will attract many travelers and guest from other country that interested for spend their vacation trip to Malaysia.

In future, we would like to add other elements which are beach activities as the value added attraction for the vacationer. A perfect crystal clear water beach will be wasted if not being commercialized as it can be the key of attractions for vacationer outside the region hence give a huge impact to our tourism activity.
