As Thailand is lack of democratic qualification, the actions of the royal family are strictly removed from any public debate and are the opinion leader of Thai citizen; they tend to on the army side then others and stabilize Thailand by their royal power. As Thai citizens are highly respect on the Thai’s Royals, in some ways, its give Thai society a stable and peace effort.

4. Trade Markets

Trade Market is also called business-to-business marketing. All the promotional activities are aimed at increasing the demand of the product among the various supply chain partners (OEC,2017).

As Thailand is the 20th biggest export economy of the world, Thai has exported $231B (and imported $190B) that shows a positive trade balance of $40.6B.

For the top goods of exports, computer and parts are the highest of exports($18.3B), integrated circuits($9.8B) and cars($8.6B) And for the top goods of import, Crude Petroleum is the highest import needed($17.2B) and Integrated Circuits ($7.57B), Gold($6.34B), Vehicle Parts ($5.23B) for Thailand markets on produce cars.

For the biggest export destinations partner of Thai, USA is the biggest export destination of Thai ($28.6B), and others are China ($28.5B), Japan ($20.3B), Hong Kong ($11.6B) (OEC,2017)

For the biggest import origins partner, China is taking the lead with $28.5B and Japan ($29.6B), the United States ($12.3B), Malaysia ($11.8B) (OEC,2017)

It shows that USA and China is the biggest partner on export and import in Thai’s trade markets.

5. Investment markets

Investment markets is a broad term describing any marketplace where trading of securities including equities, bonds, currencies and derivatives occurs (Investopedia, 2017).

For the Stock of direct foreign investment (at home), there are $197.4 billion (31 December 2016 est.) and increase about $8billion by last year ($188.9 billion). For the Stock of direct foreign investment (abroad), there are $94.37 billion (31 December 2016 est.) and increase about $20billion by last year ($75.95 billion). Also, the buying power of Thai dollar is keeping on growth, form 31.08 (2012 est.) to 35.4 (2016 est.) (CIA, 2017).

And about the Market value of publicly traded shares, there are $348.8 billion (31 December 2015 est.) of publicly traded shares and at 28 of the country comparison to the world(CIA, 2017).

To invest in Thailand, Thailand did encourage on foreign direct investment to keep on pro-investment policies. Thai offers a range of tax incentives, including an eight-year CIT exemption and 50% tax reduction for five years after tax holidays, double deduction from the costs of transport and other benefits by Office of the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). By BOI, Thai approved foreign investment increased 27% to US$10.4 billion (2016)

6. Migration markets

Movement of people to a new area or country in order to find work or better living conditions (Vocabulary, 2017). [pic 2]

For the net migration of Thailand, Net migration(decades count) in Thailand was reported at 100000 in 2012, according to the World Bank collection of development indicators, but for the past decade, 2002, there was about 110000 of net migration in Thailand.

And for the net migration rate (2016), there are 0 migrant(s) of 1,000 populations that leave Thai (Reuters, 2017).

But on the other hands, Thailand has more than 3 million migrant workers and Thailand has published new labor rule by the military government, took effect June 23 could give foreign workers without proper permits up to five years in prison, while their employers could face fines of up to 800,000 baht ($23,500) (Reuters, 2017).

As most of the foreign workers without proper permits are all nationalities, bt most of them are from Myanmar, their labor connection between social community are strong and even workers with proper permits are going back their homeland. As a result, about 60,000 workers have left between June 23 and June 28, 2017, the movement is keeping on and more of the workers are leaving Thai (ABC News, 2017).

This move of Thai government may protest the labor of Thai with proper permits, but its cause to a business hit to Thai too. A construction company loses 80 percent of workers from its building sites and some of the project need to be turns down including government infrastructure.

For the refugees and internally displaced persons, there are 102,633 (Burma) (2016) refugees in Thailand and taking support from Thai government. Stateless persons that are denied access to voting, property, education, employment, healthcare, and driving are about 487,000 may be the unstable factor of Thai(ABC News, 2017).

7. Conclusions

To conclude, Thailand is a country that welcomed different channels of investment and do not have strict regulations on cash flow controlling, on the other hand, they adopted friendly regulations to encourage the “new money” from both internal and external markets. But the biggest concern is Thai’s markets are easily affected by the political factors from coup and party’s conflict, therefore, the Thai government should provide a guarantee regulation on firms that helping Thai on emerging. Besides, the government can put lots of effort on labor force by encourage labor working from agriculture to other industry with different labor supports and aim at develop Thai become one competitive country.
